As an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, I support inspired living for all through long-term health and athletic development.  We innately possess the potential to be highly capable athletes and adventurers, and it is never too late to start.  In contrast to the conventional fitness industry’s focus on short-term gains, my holistic approach focuses on teaching tools and building practices to support greater strength and stability of the body, mind, and spirit throughout one’s lifetime.  I teach a long term approach to progressing physical strength, endurance, and mobility while gaining awareness of one’s abilities, limitations, and natural rhythms.   This can help improve physical and mental health over decades without the burnout, body shame and injury accompanying many fads and quick-fix programs.  A nature-based holistic approach to training also offers many other benefits such as more regularly being in flow state, opening awareness of our connection to nature and to our community, improving our ability to work with fear, and unblocking limitations to our inspiration, creativity, and freer thinking.
